Industrial Electrician (Finance)
Starting Pay : $23.90-$31.35 | Shift Differential + $2/ hour
Location : Willard, OH
Work Schedule : 8-hour shifts | Rotating Shift (7AM-3PM; 3PM-11PM; 11PM-7 AM) | daily & weekend overtime in a 3-shift operation as needed

We're looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team! This is your role if you enjoy solving electrical challenges, keeping operations running smoothly, and working in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems (motors, generators, transformers, and controls)
- Troubleshoot electrical issues to keep operations efficient
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Work with other teams to coordinate repairs and installations
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
- Keep records of maintenance and repairs
- At least 2 years of industrial electrical experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLC's (examples: EG, Allen Bradley, Siemens) and attention to detail
- Experience with handheld tablets or scanners
- Valid electrical certification (as required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
