The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As an Integration Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Being an expert in our functionality and specifications, often serving in both consultative and technical roles to lead the client through our interface and product implementation processes.
• Performing implementation and configuration of interface engines deployed to integrate Solventum products with our client's systems.
• Analyzing data and complex system configurations for extraction of useful information and technical issue resolution while implementing technical solutions for Solventum clients independently or as part of a team to deliver Solventum solutions in a fast-paced environment, often with short timelines.
• Understanding and working with diverse internal and external data feeds such as HL7 v. 2.x & FHIR, unstructured medical documents, CSV, JSON, X12, and XML.
• Collaborating with clients and Solventum project team to meet deadlines and maintain the highest level of quality and security while delivering our clients' specific implementation needs.
• Demonstrate effective and professional customer relations, teamwork, self-starter with excellent communication, organizational and documentation skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Keeping up to date with all new features, functions, business issues and implementation options while contributing to the evolutionary growth of the implementation infrastructure by developing and/or updating material, tools and programs.
• Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, comply with professional and quality standards adhere to corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum's values and ethical standards

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (4) four years collaborating in technical support or Network administration and/or Engineering in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of (8) eight years in technical support or Network administration and/or Engineering in a private, public, government or military environment

AND

Minimum of (4) four years of experience working with HL7 interfaces

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Must consistently maintain a high degree of positive motivation and display independent ownership of assigned responsibilities without the need for close supervision.
• Must have the ability to assertively plan, organize, and follow up on tasks and projects while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Must have experience in implementation and training for HL7 interface related products and processes.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Working knowledge of MS SQL, Windows Server, and LAN/WAN TCP/IP environments.
• Experience with InterSystems Ensemble, HealthShare, or Iris is a plus.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
