Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

This position is responsible for the overall performance of the padmount, substation, and fabrication departments in regards to safety, quality, and productivity.

Monitoring safety compliance of personnel.
Monitoring quality standard compliance of personnel.
Managing operation cost.
Managing production schedules to ensure on time completion and delivery.
Utilizing financial data to explain cost and create cost reduction opportunities.
