Vice President, International Compensation (Finance)
The VP, International Compensation is responsible for designing and implementing compensation programs in various regions and countries. This role involves understanding global market conditions, ensuring compliance with local laws, and optimizing compensation programs to align with international business and sales goals.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement compensation programs for regions / countries outside the United States (OUS) that align with the company's business goals and objectives, as well as local practices.
Provide guidance to regions to ensure international sales compensation plans are competitive, aligned with sales strategy, and drive desired behaviors. This includes consulting with business units on compensation structures (such as commissions, pay mix) and assessing the overall effectiveness of compensation plans and identifying areas for improvement for international sales roles.
Develop and maintain compensation policies and guidelines that are aligned with the EFX global compensation framework and ensure consistency and fairness across all international business units.
Lead special projects, including international M&A integration and implementation of pay transparency regulations.
Supervise the work of and provide direction to region compensation and benefits managers
What You Bring:
10+ years of experience in Compensation, HR, Finance or related field
3+ years of experience in sales compensation or related roles
Experience working across multiple geographies in a global organization while partnering collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment, compliance and appropriate compensation programs
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong detail orientation and commitment to quality and accuracy in work.
Demonstrated strong work ethic and flexible hours as needed; ability to drive to results and meet strict deadlines.
