Account Specialist (Finance)
We are looking to welcome an Account Specialist to be a part of our Customer Experience team! You will work closely with our Account Managers to processes orders and creatively solve problems when the unexpected happens. Join us in our mission to rid the world of rubber waste!
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
*Some schedule flexibility (i.e. 8:00am-4:30pm with a half-hour lunch break); Ability to work 1-day per week remotely after 6-month training period
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00/hour, depending on experience
The Impact You'll Make:
- Engage customers and go the extra mile for their satisfaction; be curious and resourceful in resolving issues and solving customer challenges.
- Own the order process: review, enter, verify pricing, and ensure accuracy using standard checklists and SOPs.
- Handle customer quotes, pro forma invoices, payments, customer portal support and, internal/sample orders.
- Emulate the company values and guiding principles in all daily interactions with our customers.
- Be an extension of the organization as part of Ecore, demonstrating empowered responsibility for nourishing relationships with customers and owning the process.
- Proactively involve internal departments to address customer satisfaction issues.
- Act as a liaison between technical and post-sales support and quality assurance, and our customers.
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.
- Build and maintain business relationship with customers by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
- Make recommendations to customers to solve their problems with minimal next-level management involvement needed.
Essential Experiences:
- Associate's degree or 3+ year of customer service experience
- Experience with flooring, rubber industry, or manufacturing preferred
- Experience with an ERP or CRM is preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to type at least 40 words per minute
- Strong math skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, with a positive personality
