Seasonal Fall Festival Team Leads - Multiple Positions Listed 2025 (Agriculture)

Team Leads
Team Leads are expected to work alongside other team members doing the same tasks. The Team Leads should have strong leadership skills. The Team Leads will take direction from their department manager and will help delegate tasks as necessary. Positions available to start Late August (Daytime hours).

Grounds (Maintenance) Team Lead (Multiple Positions)
This person will be the leader of all grounds and custodial duties. This includes trash collection, cleaning & restocking bathrooms, picking up trash in the parking lot and on the farm grounds. You must be able to work with and lead a team of employees. The Grounds Team Lead will communicate with the Yard Manager on duty. This position will be responsible for making sure Grounds staff takes lunch breaks as scheduled.
*Week Day Grounds Team Lead: Preferred schedule: Monday - Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
* Weekend Day Grounds Team Lead: Preferred schedule: be available 8:30 am - 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Fridays too if possible.
* Weekend Night Grounds Team Lead: Must be available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. Bonus if you can also do Thursday nights. Shifts begin around 4pm and end at 10:30pm on Thursday & Sunday, and 11:30pm on Friday & Saturday. The night crew is responsible for cleaning bathrooms and bathroom trailer before leaving for the night. This team also assists in collecting wheelbarrows in the parking lot and returning them to the general store before the farm closes.

Wheelbarrow Team Lead (Multiple Positions)
This person is in charge of the wheelbarrow collection crew. This person is expected to work alongside the crew collecting wheelbarrows too. This person will communicate with the Yard Manager. Must be able to repeatedly lift 30+ pounds over your head in order to load and unload wheelbarrows from the trailer. You must coordinate routes, so that wheelbarrows can be collected in an efficient manner and make sure that there are always wheelbarrows in the pumpkin patch wagon drop off. This position is responsible for making sure wheelbarrow crew members get lunch breaks.

*Weekend Day Shift: Approximately 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Saturdays & Sundays. Friday days if possible too.
* Weekend Night Shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. Bonus if you can also do Thursday nights. Shifts begin around 4pm and end at 10:30pm on Thursday & Sunday, and 11:30pm on Friday & Saturday.

Handyperson / Operations Support (Multiple Positions)
This person will communicate with and assist the Yard Manager with projects, unloading deliveries, making small repairs and other items on our "Honey Do" list. You will receive a list of things that need to be done daily. When there are not projects or repairs needed, you will be asked to help in other areas of the farm as needed. Must have a driver's license or be at least 18 to be able to drive equipment. Must be able to operate or quickly learn skid steer, forklift and Oliver tractors.

*Weekend Day Shift: Saturdays and Sundays approximately 8:30 am to 5pm.
*Weekend Night Shift: Saturdays and Sundays approximately 4:00PM - Close.

Pavilion Rental Team Lead
This person will be in charge of all pavilion rentals & special events (i.e. birthday parties, cooperate events, realtor groups, engagements, etc) and party team. Must be available every Saturday and Sunday day shift. This person will communicate with the Yard Manager. This person will lead a team that greets groups at the front gate. Guests may need assistance setting up tables in the parking lot to hand out wristbands, using golf carts to take decorations and other supplies to pavilions and anything else these groups may need.

* Weekend Shift: Saturdays & Sundays 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Private Campfire Team Lead (Multiple Positions)
This person is in charge of the campfire rentals team and must work alongside them to ensure the best experience for our guests. This includes lighting fires on time, checking in with guests throughout the night, restocking firewood, and cleaning up when groups leave. You must interact with guests and must be willing to ask people to leave if they did not rent a fire they are sitting at. Campfire staff may be asked to assist maintenance team with closing duties.

* Night Shift: Thursday & Sunday 4:00 pm - 10:30pm and Friday & Saturday 4:00 pm - 11:30 pm (start time is a little flexible)
* Weekend Day Shift: Approximately Noon - 5:00 pm on Saturdays & Sundays (end time may be flexible)

Entertainment Team Lead (Multiple Positions)
The Team lead is expected to work alongside and lead employees at the escape rooms and paintball galleries. This person will run a zone which includes a fully animatronic paintball shooting gallery, as well as multiple escape rooms and the yard staff working those positions. This person will communicate with the yard manager on duty. The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot, problem solve, manage people, and keep attractions up and running while being used by thousands of guests. Both weekend day and evening shifts are needed, possibility for weekday shifts.
Weekend day Entertainment Team Lead shift: Fridays 9:30 AM - 5 PM, Saturday and Sundays 8:30 am-5pm (times may be flexible).
Weekend night Entertainment Team Lead shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. It would be helpful if you can do Thursday nights as well. Shifts begin around 4:30pm and end around 10:30 pm on Thursday and Sunday nights and 11:30 pm on Friday and Saturday nights (times may be flexible).
Decorating Team Lead
This person will be in charge of all Displays. This person will communicate and work with Management on display locations and decorations. This person must be available to come in multiple times a week to fix and restock displays (times are negotiable). You must be able to work alone and with others. You must be able to pick pumpkins, lift 30+ pounds and pick other crops to restock displays. The ideal candidate should have some knowledge of crops, be enthusiastic about making nice displays for public to take pictures and the ability to keep displays looking nice throughout the season. You must have a drivers license and be at least be 18 years old.
