Senior Finance Manager - Headcount, Compensation and Benefits, G&A (Finance)

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager - Headcount, Compensation & Benefits, and G&A functions. As an integral member of the Corporate Finance team, our organization's overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest caliber of financial and business insights that are both informative and measurable, enabling effective decision-making at all levels of the Company and improving our financial performance. We seek to transform how we do finance by leveraging automation and AI. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to inspire change and to handle multiple ad hoc requests while meeting recurring deadlines. We seek an energetic, hands-on individual who thrives on teamwork in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
- FP&A leader on company-wide headcount and compensation & benefits reporting and processes
- Business support for HR, finance and legal
- M&A integration across headcount and opex
- Contributing to finance transformation through automation and AI
What we need to see:
- 10+ overall years of experience in financial, planning and analysis or a related function
- 2+ years partnering on automation/AI, BI dashboards, financial planning tools and ERP
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative field. Advanced degree is preferred
- Proven track record leading impactful teams and building successful relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to plan effectively and implement quickly across multiple priorities in an ambiguous environment
- Detail orientation while keeping the big picture in mind
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Corporate finance or G&A FP&A experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and at a fast pace
- SAP ECC, S4 and BPC, PowerBI, SQL or Python skills

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .
