Senior Finance Manager - Headcount, Compensation and Benefits, G&A (Finance)
We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager - Headcount, Compensation & Benefits, and G&A functions. As an integral member of the Corporate Finance team, our organization's overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest caliber of financial and business insights that are both informative and measurable, enabling effective decision-making at all levels of the Company and improving our financial performance. We seek to transform how we do finance by leveraging automation and AI. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to inspire change and to handle multiple ad hoc requests while meeting recurring deadlines. We seek an energetic, hands-on individual who thrives on teamwork in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .
