Napa Post Acute is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facility's maintenance operations. In this essential role, you'll help ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for our residents, staff, and visitors—while maintaining full compliance with CDPH, OSHA, and Title 22 standards.

- A safety-conscious, detail-oriented approach to preventative and reactive maintenance
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance operations and staff
- Conduct inspections and perform routine maintenance and urgent repairs
- Maintain accurate records of equipment servicing, work orders, and safety checks
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Oversee fire safety, emergency preparedness, and disaster response protocols
- Collaborate with Infection Prevention and Environmental Services to maintain sanitation standards
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations at all times
