  • Provides administrative HR support, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.
  • Conducts meetings with respective academic units.
  • Completes HR actions for assigned college(s)
  • Assists with orientations and onboarding for new employees.
  • Assists in recruiting or administration of compensation and benefit programs.
  • Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to senior-level staff.
  • Performs work under leadership of the respective HRBP II.
  • Position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
