Medical Scribe - Part Time (Healthcare)

This position relieves the provider of clerical duties, thus allowing them to focus primarily on the patient and provide more efficient and accurate care. The position includes:
Documenting patient visits in real-time, including the history, physical exam, assessment, and planTranscribe real-time provider dictations, including imaging studies and treatment plansLocate and summarize significant past medical, surgical, family, and social history from previous charts or outside recordsLocate and record relevant previous treatment modalities and share with the providerUnderstanding of ICD-10 codesUnderstanding of outpatient billing and coding
