- Championing our infection prevention and control program with confidence and compassion.
- Monitoring, tracking, and reporting infection trends—because data saves lives.
- Educating staff on best practices and new protocols (and maybe even making it fun).
- Collaborating with leadership to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Being a champion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- A current LVN license in California.
- A passion for infection prevention and a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills—you'll be teaching, coaching, and leading.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
