Senior Data Analyst (Finance)

Role Description:

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead and support the integration of the Kahua Project Management Information System (PMIS) into a complex systems architecture. The primary focus is to centralize project data, enable seamless data exchanges, and support advanced analytics and real-time data processing-all while maintaining strict adherence to data security, governance, and compliance standards.

Role accountabilities:

  • Support technical design, system configuration, and data migration for the PA Engineering department, including defining and documenting data analysis, mapping, integration, and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct data inventory assessments, perform in-depth data analysis to assess data quality, and assist in the creation of data models and interpretations.
  • Manage data cleansing activities, historical data maintenance, and preparation for migration, working closely with system architects, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Assist with the execution and validation of data migrations, ensuring governance, security, and standardization across systems.
  • Develop and present findings through reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Provide technical and functional support for enterprise systems, including assisting users in developing reports and dashboards, and supporting UAT, pilot, and go-live phases.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10 years experience in data management, data analysis and data migration.
  • Experience in data visualization and design and developing reports and dashboards and use of related tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
  • Experience working with the Kahua construction management application.

Key Skills and Abilities:
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and demonstrate proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
  • Ability to work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Excellent oral, written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to details and ability to work with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience working with process reengineering projects pertaining to workflows, systems configuration, and systems integration.
  • Experience working in the construction and engineering industry.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum and Waterfall development environment. f. Some exposure or knowledge SaaS based cloud environments, network, cyber security protocol and systems integration.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000.. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
