We are seeking a Research Project Manager to support multidisciplinary studies in public health, nursing, and injury prevention. This role involves managing research projects, supervising assistants, collecting and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data, and supporting grant and manuscript preparation. Ideal candidates will have experience with REDCap, NIH grant submissions, and conducting interviews. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred. Projects include work led by Daphne Hernandez , the Pickering Caregiver Laboratory, Janet Van Cleave , and f irearm injury and safety research by Annalyn DeMello .
Position Key Accountabilities:
Certification/Skills:
Depending on research may require advanced level grant writing skills.
Depending on research may require Registered Nurse within the State of Texas.
Depending on research may require Clinical Research Coordinator certification.
May require program specific certifications.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in science or a health administration related field.
Minimum Experience:
Five years of applicable experience.
May substitute required experience with equivalent years of education beyond the minimum education requirement.
Physical Requirements:
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
This position may include work involving potentially hazardous chemical, biological or radioactive agents.

Residency Requirement:
