What You'll Do:

Learn directly from experienced Executive Directors and leadership teams

Participate in key areas of community operations: resident services, clinical care, staffing, compliance, budgeting, and more

Support special projects that enhance resident experience and operational efficiency

Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment

Receive mentorship and feedback to prepare you for future leadership roles

Qualifications:

Current student or recent graduate in Healthcare Administration, Business, Gerontology, or related field

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Passion for serving older adults and building meaningful relationships

Interest in pursuing a career in senior living or long-term care management
