Summary of Responsibilities

The Maintenance Coordinator will coordinate and execute facility projects and maintenance at the Marine Creek site and other facility locations as assigned. The Maintenance Coordinator shall be responsible for supporting daily operations of the facility(s) including repairs and preventative maintenance for production equipment, general construction support in facility reconfigurations and buildouts, and general site maintenance. The Maintenance Coordinator will monitor and supervise 3rd party vendors used for various activities.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Monitor assigned project(s) as needed.
  • Apply best practices in general maintenance and assigned project(s) to ensure tasks: (1) are completed on time and within scope, and (2) produce a quality product.
  • Participate in the bidding process for 3rd party projects when needed.
  • Facility customers are employees ranging from senior leadership to hourly. Facility team is required to maintain positive and professional relationships with all employees as well as vendors.
  • Adhere to applicable ITAR, TINA, FAR, Export Compliance, EMD, Safety, and Security requirements.

Education, Experience & License or Certification

  • 5-10 years functional experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of commercial site maintenance and repairs, project management methods, tools, and techniques.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft applications.

Skills and Abilities

  • Basic skills in time management, and problem-solving.
  • Basic ability to clearly communicate ideas verbally and in writing.
  • Basic interpersonal / teambuilding skills.
  • Basic ability to work independently and as a member of an integrated team.
