Honeywell Thermal Solutions is seeking a Business Analysis & Planning (BAP) Senior Manager to lead financial planning and performance analysis across the organization. This strategic role carries global responsibility and partners closely with senior leadership to drive planning, forecasting, and performance analytics across multiple regions. The BAP Senior Manager provides direct support to the CFO, delivering insights that inform strategy and execution.
This role ensures accuracy in forecasting, discipline in cost and margin management, and transparency in global financial performance. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, the BAP Senior Manager translates complex financial and operational data into actionable insights, aligning financial outcomes with global business strategy.You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 6+ years of FP&A or business finance experience
- Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis
- Proven track record in margin analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/planning tools (SAP, Hyperion, etc.)

- Accountable for forecast, monthly close activities, planning and variance analysis for shared global functions & cost (HQ)
- Provide data-driven insights that influence business decisions at a global level
- Support end-to-end P&L performance management across functions and business units
- Streamline reporting, dashboards, and planning processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and business reviews
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and reporting capabilities
- Partner cross-functionally to link operational drivers with financial outcomes
- Support the CFO with executive-level reporting, strategic initiatives, and business reviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and corporate leadership teams.
