TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Configuration Engineer in Germantown, TN.

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of elevator Bills of
Material (BOM) for new product rollout as well as troubleshooting and providing
feedback on the systemic configuration misses to the configuration teams. This role will
also manage the execution of containment for configuration errors on the order BOM
and drive the correction in the SAP system of record.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Order BOM validation - review and validate order-specific Bills of Material to ensure accuracy prior to production.
• Identify and manage order BOM deviations and validate implementation of ECOdriven fixes in production.
• Data Integrity and Maintenance - ensure consistency of product structure and sales order information in the ERP system (SAP).
• Participate in Engineering Change Order (ECO) and Manufacturing Change Order
  (MCO) committee review to flag impacts to Customer Service Center due to product changes.
• Drive and implement process improvement for new product order management.
• Participate in product hypercare activities to maximize quality of production orders.
