Johnsonville, LLC Supply Room Attendant - 2nd Shift Watertown, WI Responsibilities:
Know and follow all safety policies involved in the position (including proper PPE, safe lifting techniques, knife safety etc).
Issue equipment to Team Members according to Oldham's policy (must turn in an old piece of equipment to get a new piece of equipment).
Properly track equipment being issued to on a computerized tracking system.
Maintain proper supply inventory levels.
Coordinate purchasing of new supplies when needed.
Wash and dry required laundry (gloves, frocks, uniforms).
Monitor and clean cafeteria as needed throughout the day.
Stock locker rooms with toilet paper, paper towels, and soap as needed.
Learn to sharpen all knives and serve as a backup for and share responsibilities with the Knife Sharpener.
Enter data for all departments in SAP software according to deadlines given
Successfully communicate the data in order to have the highest impact on customer success
Maintain material usage in SAP
Identify discrepancies and follow- up on corrections
Learn SAP/BEX software allowing you to manage timekeeping data for hourly employees as well as run reports
Reception duties include answering phones, greeting visitors and vendors
Education:
High School (GED) diploma required, some college preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of production experience or equivalent preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Ability to perform responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and make decisions.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel etc) is a must
Exceptional organization skills and detail oriented
Self- drive and the ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn and understand SAP/BEX software applications
Flexibility and commitment to working weekends as production demands
Flexibility of schedule as production demands
Willingness to support multiple teams
Bilingual Preferred

Requires full range of body motion: standing, squatting, kneeling, upper body twisting: occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, hand and wrist mobility.
