Position Summary:
\n
This position will perform a variety of academic functions to support the academic mission of the USF Health Taneja College of Pharmacy which includes course scheduling and curriculum-related assignments.Minimum Qualifications:
\n
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with four years of experience in office or administrative positions. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
\n
Preferred Qualifications:
\n
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Canvas LMS and other educational technology
\n
• Experience working with academic data analyses and accreditation information/reports
\n
• Experience with educational scholarship
\n

• Schedule all courses in classrooms and labs by working with shared spaces in MDD and CAMLS (includes new student orientation, progression exams, other practice license exams). Collaborate with MDD building AV, facilities, and IT teams to troubleshoot and address classroom set-up issues and logistics. Address room/schedule change requests from faculty during the semester.
\n
• Work with the Curriculum Committee to support alignment efforts and scheduling issues.
\n
• Coordination of Office of Academic Affairs (OAA)-related events (e.g. accreditation on-site visits, NAPLEX Advantage exam, Curriculum Committee alignment workshops, etc.
\n
• Special projects for the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs such as performing research in the areas of curriculum (TCOP and peer institutions), accreditation, and policies/SOPs.
\n
• Preparation, submission, and creation of summary reports of budget information for OAA.
\n
