General Counsel, Ventures, Strategy & M&A (Finance)
This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

The General Counsel of Ventures, Strategy, and M&A will provide counsel to the Corporate Development function and all businesses across Honeywell in executing joint ventures, minority investments and other corporate transactions.
You will work closely with corporate development, human resources, finance, controllership, other specialists within the legal function and the general counsels of the businesses to ensure proper execution of transactions that drive strategic priorities.
As a successful candidate, you should be able to balance competing priorities, have strong analytical and technical skills, and have collaborative, client-centric interpersonal skills to work effectively with other Honeywell professionals and senior management across a broad range of functions and geographies to deliver thoughtful results. You will be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy while also demonstrating the ability and business acumen to provide strategic leadership and advice on risk management.
