• Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing clear instructions and involving them in all stages of care.
• Tailor care based on patient needs, including age, developmental stage, physical limitations, and behavioral health considerations.
• Safely perform and monitor respiratory treatments and therapies-both invasive and non-invasive-in line with department protocols.
• Assess patient progress and recommend adjustments to therapy based on clinical outcomes.
• Document care accurately and ensure smooth hand-offs using the SBAR model.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, home care, wellness, and safety.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to new team members while supporting leadership initiatives.Job Responsibilities:
