About the Role
The Vice President, Disability Inclusion is a key executive leader responsible for driving strategy and execution of all disability inclusion, accessibility, accommodations, and justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI+) efforts across Relay. This role leads a multidisciplinary team and partners closely with the President, CEO, and Chief Disability Inclusion Officer to advance a workplace that centers disabled and neurodivergent people.
This leader will serve as a visible representative of Relay, fostering relationships with policymakers, disability employment organizations, and community partners. The role is responsible for internal accessibility initiatives, workforce development programs, and inclusive employment practices that uphold Relays mission.
