ποΈ What You'll Do as a Hospitality Aide:
As a Hospitality Aide, you'll support residents, staff, and the care team with a variety of helpful tasks to keep the facility running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with non-clinical needs like getting to meals, activities, or outings
- Keeping resident rooms and common areas tidy and welcoming
- Stocking supplies, passing linens, and helping with light housekeeping
- Answering call lights and assisting residents with comfort needs (reporting to CNAs or nurses)
- Helping with snacks, drinks, and tray delivery (but no direct feeding)
- Supporting staff with errands, phone calls, and simple clerical tasks at the nurse's station
- Creating a positive, respectful, and friendly atmosphere for residents and visitors
