The Production Assembly position is a full-time role and requires at least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment. The primary responsibility of this position is to assemble components into quality finished products. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Shift Schedule:

First shift - Full time | Mon - Fri | occasional OT available on weekdays and Saturdays

The ideal candidate would have experience as follows:

  • Assemblingproducts using machinery including, but not limited to, cutting machines, drill presses, soldering machines and various manual and automatic presses.
  • Packing, shipping, receivingand stocking products.
  • Ability to lift heavy material on a regular basis (50 lbs. or less).
  • Ability to stand, stretch, and bend for a full day of work (8-hour shift).
  • Use company-designated personal protective equipment such as steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, ear protection and protective gloves as needed.
  • Performing routine daily housekeeping duties in the assembly area to keep the workspace neat and organized each day.
  • Maintaining consistent attendance and demonstrating personal accountability.
  • Taking ownership of one's role while working effectively as part of a team and in collaboration with a manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to pass a background check and medical check.
