Billing Supervisor - Maintenance (Finance)

  • 3+ years' experience in large volume billing or similar industry experience and college degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ year of Oracle or other ERP system experience

TK Elevatoris seeking a Billing Supervisor- Maintenance in Atlanta, GA.

Responsible for overseeing the Maintenance billing coordinators that handle contract setups, change requests and special deck billing as well as billing processes and projects within the department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Supervises a staff of Maintenance Billing Coordinators including approving time and attendance, disciplinary measures, coaching, performance reviews, and skill development.
  • Oversees the setup of new maintenance contracts including contract review, signature audit, and accuracy of customer information received from the branch.
  • Oversees the change request process for existing contracts and Special deck billing
  • Collaborate with outside vendor for generation of customer maintenance invoices
  • Responsible for month-end balancing of maintenance billing for submission to finance.
  • Partner with Collections on customer accounts and proper payment application to invoices.
  • Coordinates customer updates with assigned branches including information updates, billing corrections, or other billing issues.
  • Acts as back-up for team members during vacation and/or high-volume work efforts.
  • Develops processes and drives best practices that align with corporate standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborates with other shared services teams and the field to drive positive customer service experience.
