  • Oversee project execution, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed quality standards, deadlines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Settlement Agreements or regulatory mandates, and manage project budgets and invoicing.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and the development of best practices.

Thought Leadership & Market Presence
  • Represent Kroll at industry events, conferences, and client forums.
  • Support business development efforts and contribute to proposals and client pitches.

Essential Traits:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Criminal Justice, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CAMS, PMP) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in AML analytics, financial crime investigations, or eDiscovery project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale investigations and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong client-facing experience and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
