IT Client Enablement Specialist (Finance)



The OPS IT Client Enablement Specialist will support departmental outreach and engagement efforts by assisting with internal and external communications and coordinating the USF IT Student Ambassador Program. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Experience with Microsoft M365 tools and Copilot.
  • Experience working with students or in a higher education setting is a plus.
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences at all levels.

  • Draft and schedule content for digital communications including social media and website updates.
  • Assist in developing communication materials to promote programs and events.
  • Coordinate recruitment, training, and scheduling of student ambassadors.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between student ambassadors, clients and vendor partner.
  • Support planning and ambassador participation in outreach activities.
  • Track ambassador participation and maintain program documentation.
  • Coordinate program feedback from program participants.
