Financial Analyst Role:
As a member of the company's Corporate Finance team, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for a variety of reporting and analytical functions. The analyst will develop reports and financial models for existing markets and assets that analyze business performance, support long-range planning, and model future performance and business valuations. Additionally, the analyst will support other finance and accounting functions and groups as the needs of the business may require.
Duties:
- Present results of analysis and research on a variety of business operations topics
- Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Prepare reports and analysis for senior management, board of directors, and general managers showing actual versus forecasted performance
- Gain understanding of existing asset models, including asset performance, asset returns, valuations, trends, and assumptions
- Execute daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting and Accounts Payable, to execute weekly check runs
- Support other financial, accounting, and operations needs as needed
- Ability to analyze companies from a financial, operational, and industry perspective
- Understanding of financial modeling and valuation methodologies
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excels in a team-oriented and collaborative work environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Exhibits a strong work ethic and accountability to deadlines
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Understanding of Hyperion products (Essbase and Strategic Finance) is a plus
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting
- 0 - 3 Years of prior relevant work experience
- Strong finance and accounting background

Compensation:
Compensation for this role includes a base salary between $68,000 and $78,000 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus and equity, based upon individual and company performance.
