Account Manager I (R&D)
Develop and manage your own customer accounts by identifying shipping needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.
Build strong relationships with clients through consistent communication via phone, email, and digital platforms.
Negotiate rates and schedules to meet both client and carrier expectations while maintaining profitability.
Coordinate with external partners to ensure flawless execution of transportation services from pickup to delivery.
Prospect and cold call potential customers to grow your book of business.
Track and manage shipments 24/7/365 to ensure on-time performance and resolve any service issues quickly and professionally (requires Saturday half day shifts from 8am-12pm biweekly until commission is achieved).
