Workflow Coordinator (Finance)



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Workflow Coordinator to provide essential clerical and administrative support to our department. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail promptly and accurately
  • Organize and maintain electronic department files for easy access and retrieval
  • Review incoming faxes via email and workflow tools, ensuring timely processing
  • Create and manage PDF files, entering them into the appropriate workflow systems

     

  • Monitor and meet productivity and quality performance standards
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments across the organization
  • Contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

 

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative support role preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
