This position is located in the Irvine, California corporate headquarters and has the opportunity for hybrid work with a few days remote per week.

The Global Platform Business Manager plays a pivotal role in accelerating customer growth and driving widespread adoption of global platform initiatives. This strategic leader is responsible for shaping the platform's direction to maximize customer engagement, retention, and expansion across diverse markets and segments. By leveraging deep business acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and sharp market insight, the Global Platform Business Manager ensures the platform delivers measurable value and fosters long-term customer success. The role demands a relentless focus on scaling usage, optimizing customer experience, and unlocking new growth opportunities through data-driven strategies and innovative go-to-market execution

Your role:

  • Develop and execute global platform strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning
  • Drive regional and vertical-specific growth initiatives that result in increased market share and accelerated business performance
  • Lead monetization programs that deliver new revenue streams and improve platform profitability
  • Partner with cross-regional stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives, achieving performance targets and improving operational KPIs
  • Align cross-functional teams to streamline execution, reduce time-to-market, and enhance platform scalability
  • Deliver platform innovations that measurably improve customer satisfaction, retention, and conversion rates
  • Launch targeted customer programs that increase engagement, drive adoption, and support regional business objectives
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies that grow high-value segments, particularly SMBs

What you bring to the role:

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field required
  • 8 + years of functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience
  • Possess the strongest of skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience.
  • Proven experience in platform strategy, business development, or product management within a global technology
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and geographies
  • Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional initiatives and leading through influence
  • Experience with customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and go-to-market execution
  • Familiarity with platform ecosystems, APIs, and partner integrations is a plus

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $110,600.00 - $188,100.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
