Concessions Lead (Outdoors) (Maintenance)
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of food and beverage items (e.g., snacks, drinks, packaged foods).
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession area, including sanitizing equipment and workspaces.
Restock supplies and inventory as needed.
Follow all food safety and health regulations.
Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
Assist with setup and breakdown of the concessions area before and after shifts.
Perform other duties as assigned to support events and operations.
Qualifications
Minimum age: 16 years old
Previous customer service, food service, or retail experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must adhere to all safety, food handling, and facility policies
Education and/or Experience: No formal or informal education is required. Experience working with groups of children is highly desirable to maintain organization and interest.
Language Skills: Ability to communicate course objectives and performance feedback to students and parents in English. Other language skills are desirable.
Computer Skills: Use of a windows-based workstation to access web-based instructional materials is required.
