What will you do?

HSE and Quality

  • Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (HSE) standards per local laws, Linxon, and customer requirements.

  • Promote a culture of “Work Safe, Home Safe, Zero Harm” aligned with Linxon's business management systems.

Leadership

  • Lead and support project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution.

  • Maintain clear communication across internal teams and with customers.

  • Provide project management input during order pursuit and strategy development.

Project Lifecycle Management

  • Secure and manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes using formal tools and processes.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the senior customer interface, managing expectations and subcontractor performance.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all project phases.

  • Risk and Opportunity Management

  • Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays, cost overruns, or reputational impact.

  • Capitalize on opportunities with customers and supply chain partners.

  • Provide accurate commercial and financial forecasts, including cash flow.

  • Manage scope changes and optimize Linxon's contractual position.

  • Ensure adherence to procedures and milestone delivery.

  • Prepare and update internal and contractual reports as required.

Who you are?

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher.

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience in EPC projects, preferably in electrical transmission and civil construction.

  • Strong risk mitigation and opportunity management capabilities.

  • Proven project management expertise and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • Hands-on experience delivering complex EPC projects.

  • Business-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Resilient, adaptable, and values-driven leadership style.
