Lead Electronics System Architect (Finance)

Position Summary

• Join the Electronics Center of Excellence driving innovation across Energy Management

• Act as a system architect bridging hardware, firmware, semiconductors, and applications

• Support the Secure Power division with high-impact technical leadership

• Own and lead strategy for a key processing technology across the organization

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams in selecting and adopting optimal electronics architectures

• Define and update deployment strategy for assigned processing technology

• Build and execute innovation roadmaps and technology action plans

• Collaborate with standardization and purchasing teams to align on technology standards

• Drive platforming initiatives to optimize solutions across divisions

• Monitor and analyze electronic market trends and competitor strategies

• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and ecosystem partners

• Establish partnerships with startups and universities for innovation

• Represent the Center of Excellence in cross-functional and global initiatives

• Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across Energy Management divisions

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electronics Engineering

• Proven experience of 5+ years in electronics design or project management

• Knowledge of embedded technologies, embedded market, and players

• Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior or executive-level management

• English fluency

• Interest in understanding application constraints and requirements to drive technology choices

• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement tactical plans

• Innovative mindset

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Able to build and maintain relationships and work in a matrix
