About the Team

Join a high-impact team at Ingram Micro that drives go-to-market strategies for the PC and endpoint device categories. We focus on delivering growth and innovation across our reseller and partner ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on PCs. As a Development Executive, you'll play a vital role in expanding our market presence and accelerating sales performance.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a driven, results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, partner-focused environment. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A hunter mentality with a passion for identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Strong relationship-building skills with channel partners and internal stakeholders
  • A proven ability to execute and exceed sales plans and quotas
  • Experience in channel sales, especially calling on VARs and SMBs; PC industry experience is a plus

Role Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will vary depending on vendor alignment, but typical responsibilities include:

  • Outbound prospecting and pipeline development within the SMB space
  • Collaborating with internal Account Executives and vendor partners on sales strategies
  • Driving net-new business and expanding existing partner relationships
  • Occasional travel to support partner engagement and business development

Education/Experience:

A high school diploma (or equivalent) required; bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of six years previous strategic, outside sales, account management experience (preferably in a related industry), or four years of technology or distribution experience in a sales or customer service capacity.

Compensation: Base + Commission (60/40 split)

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $67,300.00 - $114,400.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
