Factory Planner II (Finance)



In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our supply chain by ensuring that material availability aligns with production schedules, thereby supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.As a Factory Planner II here at Honeywell, you will support the global supply chain network, manage information on capacity, and improve supply chain planning & execution. You will balance supply and demand and ensure executable schedules. You will report directly to our Sr Materials Management Manager and you'll work out of our Golden Valley, MN location on a Onsite work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE
  • 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment in a planning or scheduling role
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance

  • SAP knowledge and use (or similar MRP/ERP system experience)
  • Six Sigma Lean Expert or Green Belt certified
  • SIOP knowledge
  • APICS certification

  • Develop and continuously improve planning processes and tools
  • Create consensus build plans and establish prioritization alongside the stakeholder team
  • Actively resolve issues with demand and identify capacity constraints
  • Collaborate with procurement to resolve issues with raw material availability
  • Meet required supply dates for assemblies supporting master scheduling team, program schedules
  • Close involvement in NPI and Product Lifecycle transitions
  • Maintain accurate planning parameters / material master data
  • Management of SAP Production orders (as required)
  • Review of the Capacity and Supply plans in the SIOP cycle
  • Adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Security procedures
  • Engage in Honeywell Operating System

The annual base salary range for this position is $66,200 - $82,700. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
