Your role will encompass overseeing and driving the controllership function for the designated region or division at a senior level. You will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial health of the organization by ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting policies and regulations, and driving the financial close processes.YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting or controllership roles.
- Must be a US Citizen for this role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools along with SOX and GAAP.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to provide financial insights and recommendations at a senior level.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of controllership/audit experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience working in a multinational company, with exposure to global accounting and reporting requirements.
- Lead and oversee the controllership function for the designated region or division.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Drive the financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
