💼 What You'll Do
- Provide individualized occupational therapy services to post-acute and long-term care residents
- Help patients improve daily living skills and regain independence
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Document progress and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in California
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
