Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a Relocation Agent in or around Jackson, TN. with significant relocation assistance (Residential/Business) experience following the Uniform Act. Should also be able to conduct/complete property management functions, title reports, closing assistance, and perform negotiations.
Role accountabilities:
- The Relocation Agent will have significant relocation assistance (Residential/Business) experience following the Uniform Act.
- Conduct/complete property management functions, title reports, closing assistance, and perform negotiations.
- Recognize when to escalate title issues.
- Ability to work independently, communicate and document effectively, and handle large volumes of work.
- Ability to prioritize assignments
- Attention to detail and quality of work
Qualifications & Experience:
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of relevant work experience with 5-years of residential relocation experience following the Uniform Act
- Ability to become pre-qualified with TDOT within 1 month
Key Attributes:
- Commercial relocation experience following the Uniform Act preferred
- Knowledge of title examination, acquisition, closing and property management preferred

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $90918 - $112509. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
